• Garlic bread with Italian tomato mix. 
• Toast Skagen petit with vendace roe.
• Egg salad with Norröna matjessill, potatoes, mayonnaise, onions and eggs on rye bread.
   

Main Courses 

• Classic schnitzel with tartare sauce, lemon, capers and French fries.
• Saffron-scented fish & seafood stew with herb aioli and garlic bread. 
• Breaded Edam with tartare sauce, pickled red cabbage and fried potatoes. 
• Pan-fried patties with creamy sauce, pickles, lingonberries and mashed potatoes.
• Nürnberger Bratwürstel with sauerkraut and bread.
